Our 5ft mobile bar is enough to handle any crowd with ease. At Absinthe Wave we are happy to cater to private parties, corporate events, weddings, and more. N/A Pop Ups
Our Non alcoholic pop ups are a tiki lover’s dream. We use house-made syrups and creative mocktail recipes to help elevate any event and create an unforgettable NA experience. Find us at your local farmers market in the future and try our drink the “Prime Caffeination”, a mont blanc coffee with a saffron twist, or any of our other selections.

Absinthe Wave was born from a desire to create drinking experiences crafted with intention. Founded by Lily Gunn, a Portland bartender with 13 years in the industry and 7 years behind the bar, Absinthe Wave draws inspiration from international flavors, herbs, traditions, and the artistry behind a well-crafted drink.
